Boys + Girls were delighted to welcome such a large enthusiastic crowd to the Mayson Hotel for our Marketing Institute talk 'How we can all profit by building Advertising Effectiveness' with The Marketing Institute of Ireland and Orlando Wood to celebrate the release of his new book of efficacy, Look Out.

The sold-out event heard Orlando, whose work is building on the IPA’s 16-year study on effectiveness, talk to how we can best ensure our work engages with people in a meaningful way. Touching on everything from art history to the latest trends in online culture, the talk provoked a lot of interest and a buzzing Q&A.

Margaret Gilsenan, our Chief Strategy Officer, then added a specific Irish lens on the work. With her team she has developed several guiding principles for Irish Clients specifically about how to ensure your work cut’s through and delivers a healthy ROI.

The event was hosted by Pat Stephenson, our Chief Relationship Officer. A big thank you to all of speakers and everyone who attended.
